Merry Beefmas!

God Bless us each and every one, and you too!

Boneless rib-eye roast from Costco @ 350° for 1-1/2 hours or until 130-degrees, yanked from heat and then tented with foil until interior temps reached 140-degrees. And none of those sissy Centigrade degrees, either.

Costco sure has a good meat department.
